A Circle of Friends is an Interspiritual Mindfulness Meditation and Study Group that offers sitting practice in the style of Nobel Peace Prize Nominee Thich Nhat Hanh

Just a few of the Friends, and some other friends, too!
We study and discuss teachings from all spiritual paths and traditions.

At various times throughout the month, we sit in Healing Circle and/or Dream Circle.

The mindfulness bell sounds at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays in The Morgan House Living Room, First Unitarian Universalist Church on Woodmont in Nashville, TN.

(See "Where We Live" for details)

Meditation attendance is Dana based and lovingly accepted to help us pay rent for our sitting space.

For more information, or to notify that you will be coming for the first time, please contact us.
